    Pros

    Relaxed atmosphere yet professional. Great place to work. Nice people. Busy and fun place to work. Really enjoyed it in every way. Had great environment and working conditions.

    Cons

    Smaller company but made it feel kind of homey. Nice people, laid back yet extremely professional. Great ethics by the people who own the company which goes down to each level of the employees.

    Advice to Management

    keep doing what you are doing..proud to have been part of this great atmosphere. Truly cared about the people who were looking for positions and worked well with the clients on a daily basis.

    Pros

    No sales experience was needed. Great people to work with. You decide how much money you will make. Effort does not go unnoticed.

    Cons

    Can get stressful at times. There are days when you feel like you really are not making any progress but you just have to keep fighting through it!

    Sales numbers are not everything

    Enhanced communication skills as well as technical skills.

    Cons

    The time difference between Philippines and Bahamas is a little bit of a challenge. It demanded a lot of flexibility in terms of time.

    • Available immediately, available to work flexible hours
    • work on weekends/ holidays as need
    customer service concepts

    Cons

    • Performed medication administration through PO, IV, IM, SC, G-tube, SL, etc.
    • Performed health assessment and contacted MD through PA system when needed
