    very friendly employees; very good 401K plan; management is trying to make positive changes.

    Cons

    communication between corporate and 3PI.

    Advice to Management

    continue with the positive changes you are currently making. Listen to your production employees along the way.

    Some very smart and helpful colleagues Some very interesting customers and projects to work on

    Cons

    Some very unprofessional people, including in management A lack of standard work Favoritism Poorly utilized systems - too much still tracked through Excel (!!) spreadsheets

    Advice to Management

    Implement standard work and document processes so new people have a reference tool and management has something to hold employees accountable to. Utilize the systems you have implemented and get off the spreadsheets!

    People in general seem to work hard, lots of opportunity if you work hard or are perceived to be a hardworker.

    Cons

    usual disagreements between shop and engineering, company grew a lot so some orgainizational growing pains are evident.

    Continue to grow, invest in training and rewarding good people.

    Lots of overtime. Will hire anyone

    many only speak Spanish. Lots of mandatory overtime poor management/organization

    Pros

    You get paid every week. The 401K plan and company match is decent. You will learn a variety of items to begin with.

    Cons

    Lack of respect towards employees. Family owned with many family members in key positions. High hours for salaried people. No bonuses and minimum benefits. No commitment to quality.
