The commission is pretty ok and easy to get. The people are great. Not including management. Food trucks and other incentives are included as well.

    Cons

Management organizational and consistency skills are lacking.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees. Keep them happy and they will keep your clients happy.

    Pros

    Food trucks,nice coworkers excluding management

    Cons

Bullying, threats, intimidation, harrassment and constantly changing rules and commission schedules. Management consists of large egos and scared people who have little heart or social skills.

    Advice to Management

Stop bullying employees who are trying to make YOU money, Listen and be open to your employees and as the current opinion is that we are a "Dime a dozen!" NO WE ARE NOT! Treat everyone as you want to be treated! Just get the ego out and LISTEN!

    Pros

There are no pros at PRC

    Cons

There is room to advance if you are part of the " inner circle". The Management plays favorites and is not consistent. I would not suggest anyone with brain work there.

    Pros

Free gourmet coffee and ample opportunity to get away with murder on the floor as long as long as you hit your outbound call quota. Management is clueless and only checks their dashboard, since they themselves are miserable working there and realize they have nowhere else to go. Supervisors even spend hours in their car when specific managers aren't in office! Make good friends with management, show up on time and look busy and you've got yourself a great paying job for what's truly required. Management too caught up in being a "Christian" organization to feed their egos and don't understand what truly occurs on the floor. No drugs tests, no background checks and worse in a claimed "HIPAA compliant" atmosphere.

    Cons

Put in your time and you'll eventually advance after associates with integrity are chased off. Only one person has ever been hired from the outside.

    Advice to Management

You're only paid to take orders from management who are clueless in how an organization should be run. You'll be ridiculed for mistakes made and management has no structured plan to prevent the same mistakes from repeating. They simply take pleasure is chastising others and never formulate a plan to implement change for the good. Management is even aware of rampant cell phone use in a "HIPAA compliment" atmosphere. It's evident associates are constantly on phones during work hours if you check their Facebook posts. Some associates even run internet businesses from their cubicle on the clock!

I have been working at Professional Recovery Consultants (More than a year)

    Pros

A lot of flexibility in the schedule after being employed for 6mons, great co-workers, food trucks are often brought up if the collection departments meet overhead goals, paid time off, commission

    Cons

Some of the consumers you speak with on the phone can be very rude but if that doesn't bother you, you'll be fine.

    Pros

The pay was nice. You receive an hour lunch break. You have a chance to earn bonuses. Benefits are mediocre.

    Cons

Management not very supportive when need help or try to get better. Management encourages conflict amongst employees. coworkers are bullies that tell you all their problems and talk loud when you are trying to speak on the phone. Every day was about drama. No matter how hard you work you feel underappreciated

    Advice to Management

    Treat and train people better.

They are compassionate an willing to work with you as long as you are doing your job! This has by far been my favorite job I love working here and look forward to coming to work each day!!

    Cons

So far I don't see any cons to working here.
