    Pros

Not to difficult for job duties, as long as you do your work no problems fairly patient overall.

    Cons

Very young help barely into their 20,s an entire department gives poor image..

    Advice to Management

Be open minded and consider a person's tenure for promotion when promotion comes up, don't promote someone who has weaker skills then the person you overlooked.

I worked at Professional Security Consultants full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I enjoyed the vast area designated to be patrolled by the security staff and the various patrol vehicles used. The camaraderie between all security staff members was great as well.

    Cons

The company does not pay its security officers much and does not offer any type of benefits.

    Advice to Management

Pay the security officers more. That's the reason I left

I worked at Professional Security Consultants part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible hours, good coworkers, opportunity to develop interpersonal skills, worthwhile entry level experience, ok pay not the best but above minimum wage.

    Cons

Very dependent on management first director was very accommodating did his best to make sure employees felt valued. Directory that replaced him cut hours wrote employees up for talking with each other even when it came to work related incidents.

    Advice to Management

Talk to entry level employees about current directors, at the site I worked at the new director caused an exodus of employees and the potential loss of contract

I worked at Professional Security Consultants full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The uniforms (used and wrinkled) did not stink after a good wash.

    Cons

Dead end job. I worked for PSC for over 10 years, and at the Mall for another 10. We at North County in Escondido , called it Pretty Swell Company. (PSC) Ha , very true. They can not leave well enough alone. Was a good mall in the 90's and loved by the community, but now it is just another Westfield flop!

    Advice to Management

I really hope you do not still treat your employee's like slaves.
