    Pros

PCS has a good work environment, they understand that if emergencies come up shifts need to be taken over. Management is very nice, they are friendly.

    Cons

IT is a stressful job, you're on your feet moving a lot. Much of the job is informal training, they need to do a better job of that.

    Advice to Management

Pay employees the average amount a security officer makes rather than the low.
