    Positive Outlook

I worked at Professional Services Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Despite significant growth, leadership continues to communicate in person with teams throughout the company, knowing their strengths and weaknesses and informing them of changes.
The company has a reputation for ethical and competent employees and invests in employee training to ensure the continued reputation.
    Above average benefits.
Earns employee loyalty by being loyal to employees.

    Cons

    Below average pay.
PTO system that does not allow sick days to roll over in case major medical issue arises.
No PTO or holiday pay for part time employees.
    Advancement opportunities are limited.

    Advice to Management

Be more willing to take risks. If something has a high chance of paying off in the future it should not be necessary for a team to earn the money before approving the expense.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook

I worked at Professional Services Group part-time

    Pros

You can make your own schedule

    Cons

This organization acts like it owns you. First, you have to provide your own transportation, and provide your own insurance. As a transportation driver - driving your own vehicle they monitor everything about you.

The supervisors are rude and have no decorum and you have to take the same training over and over in less than 6-months time frame. They want you to skip your full-time job to accommodate a part-time job.

They will call you and say your visitation was confirmed then will tell you to call the caregivers to let them know that the visitation is taking place. Just stupid

    Advice to Management

Management please improve processes - all of them.
