    Pros

    Health insurance is great.
    They match up to 6% on your 401k.
    Four 10 hour shifts. Mon-Thurs.

    Cons

    The pay is very low compared to other companies in the same field.
    The management is not great.
    There's hardly any training available.
    There's hardly any career opportunities.

    Their medical insurance coverage for employees and family is unbeatable. They offer great all-around benefits.

    Good people, union company. Good benefits, time off . Mngrs w/work with employees.

    Cons

    Union not for the working man,

    Try to get rid of the union and treat the employees fairly so they won't bring in another one.

    Interesting and significant work on a complex product, travel, good benefits and health insurance, some flexibility, smaller company feel, Caterpillar company

    Pay and compensation, movement within company, CEO and executive level culture, little outside work employee culture, strict IT policies, lack of trust in employees

    Progress rail was a fun company with excellent salary and benefits.

    Cons

    While the work itself was a bit dry (but important), the managers and fellow employees really make the company worthwhile.
