    Pros

Very flexible approach to hours/working from home. Good collaborative working between different divisions within the company.

    Cons

Overly engineered processes that waste time for everyone. Parent company only cares about sales staff and results; doesn't care at all about the consultants and analysts who do the work. Long hours combined with poor bonuses and working environment for analysts. Little career progression.

    Advice to Management

Have a more balanced attitude towards analysts and consults. Hire more staff - most teams are under-resourced. Give analysts a better reward structure and get a kitchen for goodness sake.

Good company for learning for a fresher.
If you get a good team then you can survive.

    Cons

    No work life balance.
Career growth is bad, no regards for right work force
No balance in salary structure across different designation. It is very much possible that a Senior Analyst would be earning less than an Analyst
Lack of positive attitude from the Management, which is very biased. Lack of proper direction

    Advice to Management

Start hiring/promoting people based on the merit and not based on the relations.
