    Pros

Great company to work for. Awesome company culture. Very hands-on management team. Multitude of advancement opportunities.

    Cons

There really aren't many negatives. Perhaps the company is too data driven and goal oriented, but in my view that's a good thing.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work. Keep looking for new ways to be innovative and striving for excellence.

    Pros

If you are willing to work hard and don't expect things to land in your lap you will do well here. Hard work is essential but rather than moan about having to put the hours in more people on this site should learn that no employer is going to reward a mediocre level of performance.

    Cons

Having to deal with a lot of generation Y employees who as mentioned above believe the world owes them a living and who want to live the London lifestyle without grafting for many years to achieve a high level of success, which the management here have done. If you want more holidays be a teacher. If you want a 9-5 go and work in admin.

    Pros

    Good Compa
Flexible work timings and employee friendly policies
    · Encourages IJPs and gives freedom to managers to try new things
    · Employee growth is not at the mercy of the number of years of experience but on capabilities insteadny to work

    Cons

    Manager need to learn more
    Growth opportunity is very less
    The worst appraisal system

I worked at Progressive Digital Media full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

-Different types of events keep the job fresh
    -Always learning about new industries
-Good managers who help you but also let you work independently when you show you can sell
    - Mostly realistic targets
-Incentives to keep the team motivated
    -Other staff willing to help

    Cons

I really enjoyed my time there, so I have to be picky, the lack of kitchen facilities mean lunches are either cold or expensive.

    Advice to Management

-keep doing what you are doing, make targets slightly more reachable depending on event.
    - Don't mind working hard, but don't hold it against staff if they leave at 5pm....not everyone has time to stay on until 6 or 7 every evening

    Advice to Management

Higher base salary, and restructure of commission to give the employees an opportunity to make more money. This will keep the good employees around longer.

    Pros

Good people, rewards for high performance - quite a scruffy outfit - training and grounding for sales is good.

    Pros

Decent commission scheme, relatively easy products to sell, ideal location in Sydney CBD.

Not a huge office, but if you work hard enough, you get paid pretty well. Young, growing company, which helps with territory.

    Cons

Hardly a lavish office, HQ other side of the world, not much else for low-performers to do.

    Advice to Management

Keep us in mind for a bigger office when we grow please!
