    Pros

Growing company, Industry that is ressession proof. There are many good people that work at IESI. It can be a fast paced environment.

    Cons

The company is becoming less decentralized and there are many managers and executives that are being taken from competing companies that dont have the philosophical ideals that the company was founded upon.

I worked at Progressive Waste full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The ability to make many sales. Has SalesForce. Large staff. Average benefit package. Pretty good commission structure. Christmas party is a lot of fun.

    Cons

A lot of politics mixed with some unhappy employees made for, at times, an exhausting place to work. Hard to take vacation and no banking or payout of vacation times seems unfair.

    Advice to Management

pay attention every once in a while. good people are not being hired. bartenders and blackjack dealers are.
