I have been working at Progrexion full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Uncapped commission as an agent is a giant attraction. The best part about Progrexion is on top of great earning potential the people you work with help make the company really a best place to work. Management is there to help coach for success. It's a very "family" oriented sales environment so other agents actively help and support you instead of a dog eat dog world. You will get our if this company what you put in. Progrexion truly is the best job i've ever had.

    Cons

Sometimes time off can be difficult if you don't give enough notice (but thats really any job). Calls can become monotonous but company does a good job of "we take care of you, so you can take care of the clients" to counter this.

    Advice to Management

more open communication from top to bottom. Including corportate, marketing, lead gen, and operations.

I have been working at Progrexion full-time

    Pros

Easy to make $25hr+ if you're willing to put up with simultaneous monotony and intense stress

    Cons

They can't seem to decide if they want to operate like a traditional call center or something different, and always seem to take the worst/dumbest action in response.

    I worked at Progrexion part-time

    Pros

Friendly coworker, relaxed atmosphere, lots of free food, prizes and activities

    Cons

Leads are bought from other websites, so most people don't understand why you're calling them. I felt like I was manipulating people into a scam. For example, the lawyers you're trying to convince clients to speak with aren't real lawyers, just minimum wage employees with about as much experience as you.

I have been working at Progrexion full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible hours, great PTO, great sick time. Consistent job.

    Cons

You have the same conversation 30 times a day. Job is extremely repetitive. Not a lot of opportunity for growth. Sales Managers have been in positions for 5-10 years with little ability to move up.

    Advice to Management

Live up to the "E" in P.A.C.E (the company motto). Excel at developing leaders through investment in our people". Not a lot of investment in developing leaders.

I have been working at Progrexion full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Work life balance, fun/ family atmosphere, Recognition, large donations to local charities.... seriously I could go on and on about the amazing things Progrexion does to try to keep its sales agents happy.

    Cons

Making 11.8% under what other people in Salt Lake are starting at for my salaried position.
Management needs to practice what they preach... I feel parts of Ein PACE go forgotten at times.

    Advice to Management

All departments need to start working together more to solve problems the company is facing. Seems at times its just a finger pointing game.

Last time I was on the A-team there was nothing talked about as to what was going on in the call center. Sure we picked which cute holidays to celebrate... but no talk went on about what we are hearing around the center... what our employees need and want from us to attain the A in PACE.

Also your people should be compensated adequately if you really want to attain status as an employer of choice and best place to work... we all work because we need money... I can see why certain salaried positions are hiring so many times per year.

All in all I think Progrexion is pointed in the right direction... but slowly I see less transparency, and things going away. With certain things it does worry me about where the company is really headed.
Hopefully seeing where we rank in the Best place to work in Utah survey will truly open managements eyes to see where we need to step it up a bit as a company.
