I have been working at Progrexion full-time

    Pros

So the best part about working here is that they care. We are not just another number, we are like family. They have great pay, great benefits, and so much more. I love getting up and coming to work every morning.

    Cons

What job doesn't have a few things people dislike, but all you have to do is voice your concerns to management and they will do what they can to help you out. Seriously they care.

    Pros

Management truly cares. Full time is only 35 hours a week and you always have the opportunity to come in extra hours to make more money. Your paychecks can be super high as long as you work hard.

    Cons

It’s a call center, job can be a little tedious

    I worked at Progrexion part-time

    Pros

-Management was very friendly. They care a lot about keeping their employees happy and have lots of incentives and fun activities to make that happen.

-The calls you are making are to help people with their credit. Generally you are calling people who are either looking specifically into credit repair, or who are struggling to get a loan or mortgage because of low credit so you have a chance to actually help people out.

-Employees are split into "teams" with a "coach" over them. Coaches are great about encouraging employees and giving feedback on what is being done well and where you can improve. The team creates an instant group of friends and helps make work a welcoming place to be.

    Cons

-Most days you have anywhere from 10 seconds to a minute or more between calls, but there can be days where calls come in back to back. For some people those moments can be a little overwhelming. However, management does its best to avoid anyone getting overwhelmed or feeling discouraged.

    I worked at Progrexion full-time

    Pros

There is decent money to be made.
Some of the people are cool.

    Cons

You are required to convince people in poverty to take out a payday loan and use it to pay for their service; I am not joking. The HR will respond to this saying that this is not true but listen to the number of people here saying the same thing.

Yes, you will make money. But think about where that money is coming from.
After getting fired from this company for needing to take a leave when my parent died, I've gone independent and started running my own business. There are other ways to make money. Ways that don't involve ruining other people's money.

    Advice to Management

Think about what you yourself are doing. Think about your impact on the people relying on you. Think about your impact on the world.
    And grow up.

They are very good about making every call personable. I also feel the leaders of every team also does the same for everyone on the floor.

I have nothing bad to say.

I worked at Progrexion full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Recently they have made quite of few changes to make Progrexion be a decent place to work. Average benefits, open PTO policy, decent 401K plan. Work life balance is hard to achieve at Corporate unless you are in marketing.

    Cons

The HR department used to be the best department to work in until the brought in the new CHRO. She comes from a BPO background, which means culture isn't something she focuses on. If you ask her for help you get "well, maybe you should look for a new position." No help at all! If you aren't willing to do 2 or 3 peoples jobs, I would recommend staying away from any part of the HR department.

    Advice to Management

Look at the turnover in the HR department!
