I have been working at Progrexion full-time

    Pros

So the best part about working here is that they care. We are not just another number, we are like family. They have great pay, great benefits, and so much more. I love getting up and coming to work every morning.

    Cons

What job doesn't have a few things people dislike, but all you have to do is voice your concerns to management and they will do what they can to help you out. Seriously they care.

I have been working at Progrexion full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Pay
Free company paid vacation for top producers
    Fun spliffs and incentives
    Performance based recognition

    Cons

A GRIND. Most people writing bad reviews can't hack it. It takes extraordinary mental fortitude to push yourself to succeed day in and day out in a competitive sales environment.

    Advice to Management

Leave your top performers alone. Stop coming down on those who make the company money consistently.

I have been working at Progrexion full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Great atmosphere
    Friendly co workers
    Festivities
    Free food
    Cafeteria on site
    Easy job
    Room for growth
Great pay if you listen to coaching
    Massage chairs

    Cons

I personally don’t see any cons. For a call center environment this is the best one I have ever worked at. I’ve been in call centers for 10 years. Of course the turn over rate is high at any call center but if you don’t know what happens behind the scenes, don’t be too quick to judge a place of employment. Furthermore for the reviews saying that this job forces people to go broke or to get payday loans, that couldn’t be further from the truth. We get calls from the transfer agent. The people we talk to 9 times out of 10 need our services. Credit is an essential part of life. So we educate people about the benefits of credit and guide them to getting signed up. We aren’t forcibly taking people’s money. This company you at least get to help people in the long run. If you feel guilty at the end of the day for helping someone get one step closer to their goal, perhaps sales isn’t the best job for you.

    Advice to Management

Just continue to listen to your agents. I know first hand what kind of day to day workload you guys carry and you’re all doing a fantastic job!

    Pros

Great $$$, fun environment, free health insurance, arcade and message chairs in the zoo, and the management.

    Cons

It is sales...so if sales is not your thing that could be a con, but they do train for 4 weeks.

    Advice to Management

    keep it up!

I have been working at Progrexion full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Competitive Salary. Good Health Insurance (Cigna) UTA pass if you prefer to take tracks or Train.

    Cons

The IT PMO leadership has no IT or SDLC background. The IT PMO leadership are legacy employees that are bumped into IT-PMO from other departments. Their are absolutely no proper SDLC processes. The ambience is not conducive at all. People curse, swear, yell and abuse each other. High schools projects are more organized than the projects at Progrexion. Work Life balance sucks. Majority of the people in the IT are from India and they are alone Visa and pursuing a green card. They work night and day and it looks bad if you are not doing the same

    Advice to Management

Stop bumping people into IT-PMO from other departments. Hire talent over people who act as they are working hard.
