        Great pay, remote, weekends off

        We are treated like robots. The workload is too much to handle. Everyone who works here agrees.. there’s no way to answer calls plus work on a million shared excel sheets, plus your cases, plus emails, plus storage reports.. there’s so many hidden cases you have to find. So many extra unnecessary steps. Why have an outlook email when you have to use the sales force for all emails but still remember to check your actual outlook too. It’s too much. They literally monitor your calls and you are not allowed to put anyone on hold for longer than 2 mins. Also if you get an escalated call and they demand a supervisor or manager, you can’t hand the call to them. You have to open a ANOTHER case just for a manager to pick up a phone. Ridiculous!

      I have an ‘interview’ with the SVP of Talent after a networking coffee chat I had with the SVP of Data/Insights. So he name dropped me, but when I asked the SVP of Talent about evolving needs, I didn’t get context about what they’re looking for. No jobs posted. How should I prepare for an in person ‘interview’ next week with the SVP? What should I expect? I don’t have as much info as I’d like to position myself well. Thus far, this is a connection-of-a-connection-of-a-connection thing.
