PCS provided a very clear and efficient on-boarding process with a rapid turnaround once I began interviewing with their client (Cisco). The management assigned to support me were very responsive throughout my term with PCS. Communication was clear and timely on all fronts. They pay scale was very reasonable given my level of experience.
They offer only a limited benefit package to non-core employees. Since many are working on a W-2 "contracted" basis, this can make things a bit difficult and result in the need to seek outside insurance.
Advice to Management
PCS may think about find a creative way to offer a better level of benefits - perhaps 10% less rate in exchange for a day of PTO for each 10 worked. That would provide a more level, predictable income that allows some time off without any negative impact to the overall bottom line.
