I have been working at Project Hope (More than a year)

    Pros

Most employees are good hard working people that believe they are making an impact on the lives of others around the world. Salary is okay for this area.

    Cons

Too many people in leadership positions earning too much money. Very hard to move up even if you are qualified.

    Advice to Management

Get rid if the dead weight and elevate those who do the real work
