I have been working at Project Resources Group full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

You will get to work whenever you want, from home or in the field, but you will have to get your work done. Traveling around to different areas is great. You make many great contacts through working with different clientele. Management will not get your way unless you are not getting all the work done.

    Cons

Summer time is busy, winter time is not. You have to keep yourself motivated as you work by yourself with very little supervision. You have to keep a good working relationship with many different companies and that can be difficult sometimes.

    Advice to Management

Don't change what you are doing overall. The way that you let the Western United States manage their work has been great. There are always small changes that could implemented but how things are working now are great.

I have been working at Project Resources Group full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Company treats employees well, and managers are fair to those who work hard. Money is good, and company culture is good as well. The job as a whole is a B+ to A for Construction Coordinators.

    Cons

Considering PRG's bread and butter is OSP field services, staying in one location for more than 2 years is unlikely. Though, such is to be expected with any field services position.

I worked at Project Resources Group full-time

    Pros

Smaller company, good co-workers, and parts of leadership are good.

    Cons

The directors don't all get along and run their departments like their own business, so each has their different rules.

    Advice to Management

Leadership needs to work together as a team.

I have been working at Project Resources Group full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

You meet a lot of professional people, work outside, do a lot of walking and see the country side. You have to be a self starter, know your job and get it done. A great company to work for and great benefits.

    Cons

The job can go away with very little notice so you need to be willing to relocate in order to stay with the company.

    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Project Resources Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

My co-workers in claims recovery were great people who worked hard and deserve better from the company.

    Cons

Management changes policies almost weekly. Hard to keep up. Monthly goals increased every month I was there, and with them, the pressure to achieve the raised goals. They claim they do not micromanage, and that is not true. Unless you are one of their 3 top performers, you will be harassed daily. You will not be paid for overtime, but they will allow, and encourage, you to work for free at home in the evenings and weekends...

    Advice to Management

Be nicer to the employees who stick it out past a month. And your "performance plan" agreement is DEFINITELY intimidation, not motivation. Unless you are trying to motivate people to look for another job.
