I have been working at Project Services part-time (Less than a year)
Reasonable pay, flexible hours.
Nice employees, I have never had any issues with the corporate office.
They provide uniforms and pay for all the testing, so there is very little out of pocket when you get hired. It is easy work once you get the hang of it with lots of downtime.
They hire a lot of part time guards, so this makes for a unpredictable amount of hours. In the security position I work in, I work 9+ hours without a lunch and a couple of bathroom breaks. However I am able to eat whenever I want. The main issue is that I work as a contractor for another company so I am viewed as the "black sheep".
Advice to Management
Allow greater employee development and advancement opportunities if possible.
I worked at Project Services full-time (More than 3 years)
Never a problem with the pay
No room for advancement in the company
