Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Proliance Consulting full-time for more than a year
Pros
Location. But that's all I can say.
Cons
The reason I took a recruiting job at Proliance was because of all the good reviews on Glassdoor. But, the majority of these reviews, I discovered, were contractor reviews. AKA people who don't work directly for Proliance. The most accurate review is from November 10, 2016 titled "Worst Management"....prefer to that. Here is my experience. They have you in your chair calling people by 7:30 AM. If you're even 5 minutes late you will be questioned. You're allowed to leave the office after 4:30 PM, but the amount of work they require will have you leaving around 6 PM or later. TJ and the other newly promoted managers (at the time) will micromanage EXTREMELY. Management creates a hostile environment. At one point, one of the managers called a client company's recruiter a WOAT (Worst Of All Time) various times throughout the course of Proliance partnering with the company. They'll recruit people for account management roles but keep them as a recruiter to "help them know the business" but without any plans to move them up. Turnover is extremely high. Keep in mind this is a company averages 5 employees at a time. Overall, I would not want my worst enemy to work at Proliance.
Continue readingWe are very sorry to hear about your experience working with Proilance. We value our current and former employees' feedback so we would be happy to learn how we can be more transparent with what our expectations before joining the company because your review conflicts with our values and the mission of our company. We pride ourselves our being an open atmosphere where employees can voice their opinions and be respected which is evident in most of the Glassdoor reviews from our current and past employees, including our internal employees. We have made a lot of changes to our approach since 2016 and are encouraged by the positive results we have seen since then, but nonetheless, we take your feedback seriously. Proliance does evaluate our employees on their production/metrics, and every decision we make is based off sound and data we have acquired. Our core business hours are from 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM and expect our staff to adhere to our standard hours of operation. We are in the service industry so there are times we need to stay late in order to come through for our clients, but most of our employees are able complete their work between our hours of operation. However, we do offer a very competitive commission structure, so some employees opt to work later than others. We take promotions to Account Management seriously at Proliance. While it’s important to us to expand our presence in the Seattle area, we value the relationships with our clients and it’s important they are assigned an Account Manager who has the experience, knowledge, and tools necessary to provide them with a great experience. Therefore, the decisions we make to promote one of our Recruiters is not purely based on tenure. Please don't hesitate to contact us through our website so that we can further discuss your experience. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review.
Pros
- Very Professional - A lot of very interesting opportunities - Extremely helpful

Pros
I'm working on a short contract and from the get-go, the people at Proliance have been very "hands-on" through the entire process -- from getting an interview with the client, being placed and even afterward. They really take an interest in your performance, your enjoyment of the work and any other issues.
Cons
None so far as I am in the middle of my assignment right now.

Pros
Recruiters are great to work with and seem to have your best interest in mind. Backoffice and HR are top-notch. I have received proactive notification of even minor benefit changes that would be useful for me. The company has great benefits for contracting employees (matching 401(k), nice health insurance, dental, etc.) Donuts on-site when starting a job.
Cons
It would be nice to have more time off and Orca cards.

I worked at Proliance Consulting full-time
Pros
I started at Proliance Consulting as a Technical Recruiter and quickly was promoted into Account Management thereafter. Proliance was a really fun place to work, although because of the industry it could be stressful at times, it was worth it to be able to work with my friends on a daily basis.
Cons
The commute was rough. It would have been great to have a more flexible working schedule.
