    Positive Outlook

I worked at Prolog for more than 3 years

    Pros

Fast hiring process, was hired on a Friday & began working on a Tuesday. A company that seeks veterans & active duty spouses.

    Cons

No room for growth, could get stuck in a position you don't like.

    I worked at Prolog

    Pros

Call centre managed by Prolog not as bad as most, but few onsite facilities.

    Cons

Prolog's client, Interflora was a poorly organised mess, and the recruitment agency couldn't issue payslips on time or really do much of anything.

I worked at Prolog full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Some teams are OK to work for, as generally employees are human and kind. If you want to know what it was like to live in Germany in the late 1930's then that is the job for you.

    Cons

No respect for staff in general. They clearly promote people there on something other than people skills or process management abilities., more like on their narcissism and the ability to mess things up for everyone. Generally anti-motivational. Cynical techniques used in customer service. Unfair dismissals. Sometimes not enough work to stay occupied or even employed for the day. Terrible micro-management and you are left feeling treated like a robot with no voice. Poor working practices, often contradictory processes. A failing company, I just heard in a meeting. Traffic and public transport makes it difficult to get to. I could go on, only work for them if you are local as a last resort.

I worked at Prolog full-time for less than a year

I have been working at Prolog

    Pros

    You get a wage. flexi-time.

    Cons

No pay rises, no overtime, no real career to look forward. consistant lying to staff and clients with a chance you'll be caught in the middle ( on a side note, if you buy a mothercare mattress, give it a once over with a UV blacklight before using it ). Chances are this company will not exist in 2 years time. Too many failures across the board.

I worked at Prolog full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The best people I have worked with, made some good friends for life. Before the redundancies after I left I worked with some very knowledgeable people who knew their industry and clients inside out

    Cons

Company is very immature with there processes, pay such poor salaries that the calibre of talent that they get is at the lower end of the scale. No appreciation for the hours that account management worked and very draconian in their people practices
