I came across an article about single women buying twice as many houses as single men and was curious as to why. Women's incomes are catching up to men's, but if that was the main factor, wouldn't both groups buy at the same rate?

I'm a newer agent with only ten months. I have had good success in getting listings, but for some reason, I've had many issues with buyers. Is there any advice from buyer agents on how to crack the code? Book recommendations? Any help would be much appreciated.

A realtor I work with wants to throw a party exclusively for other brokers. I'm new to the industry, but it struck me as a little odd/unprofessional. Aren't brokers in competition? Is this normal, or is he just trying to throw a pool party?

I can't really think of many and I plan too retire here. It's fast paced and tehre a lot of systems, property management has changed in the last decade.
