      I learned way more by working here than I did at any other company. Vlad is the best teacher. He taught me the basics and showed me things I never knew. He will also push you hard, so you can get better faster.

      The Truth About Working at Promolta (Beware of fake reviews)

      Pros

      Cult sort of mentality where everyone blindly follows the CEO. There's an absolute autocratic culture. So join if you're into that sort of a thing!

      Cons

      1. Long working hours. You come in at SHARP 7 in the morning and when leaving at 7-8 in the evening, CEO looks at you as if you're worthless. 2. No amount of hard work is recognised unless you suck up to the CEO and keep backbiting about your the other employees to be in his good books. 3. No leaves. Like literally you get 3 official leaves in a year i.e. the National Holidays when anyway all the offices are closed down. 4. No job security. Everyone works there under the constant fear of being fire based on the CEO's mood. And that's considered normal among the employees. And there's a rampant victim-blaming culture after someone is terminated. 5. Your job is to deceive innocent people of their hard earned money. It's a total scam. 6. No Medical insurance or PF
