Pros

Get to work on interesting projects. Many of the projects for well-known companies and organizations, which looks great on a resume. Local office manager is great and really advocates for the best interests of employees.

Cons

Poor communication between top management and my local office. Compensation is not competitive with other tech companies in my area. Inequality between different branches of the company in terms of compensation, perks, etc really rubs me the wrong way.

Pros

Decent to your face until you do not do as told, regardless of possible harm to self or others.

Cons

Tried to shame me into driving in unsafe conditions. For a $50 .

Pros

Great colleagues! It is good place for your first job - like investment in your career: you won't be paid a lot, you have to work hard, but you can learn a lot for 1 year and then go find a good job in a nice company.

Cons

Bad management, people are not valued - they are just resources, measured in hours. Bad planning - overtime, working till midnight and on weekends is a practice. Projects are done on conveyor, there is always a lot of work and they want to finish projects fast so they can give you more projects. Not good quality, delays and issues all the time. There is lack of experienced people, they hire juniors because they are cheap.
