      Pros

      Everyone can contribute and is listened to at all levels. All the staff are very friendly and there is a nice atmosphere within the office and between the staff. The company is well respected within the industry and is producing some great products. They treat their staff very well and make everyone feel appreciated. Annual social events are held and the company contribute towards the local community in many ways.

      Pros

      Having worked at various companies in the past I can confirm that Property Tectonics is indeed a 5 star employer. I have benefited from their approach of developing their staff to achieve all they can. The utmost care is given to their customers and their staff alike which is borne out by staff retention rates.
