Great pay - you can negotiate for a 40 to 50K salary for your training pay.
They do 6 hours of software training and throw you in front of customers! Nuts! They give you training books and present to you the prospecting system, the online learning system and yet management never travels along side you to observe you ramping into these systems - youre just expected to figure it out on your own. Advice to Management
Give 15 minutes alone to your trainees at the start of the day and the end of the day - this is a minimum guys in any big corporate entity. Have a one hour get together at the end of every week with the trainee and personally monitor their progress - software use, online computer training, etc. Some trainees may have never been exposed to this level of autonomy.Prosource2015-09-02
