    Pros

    Started just before the great recession hit so it was good to have a job working in my field. I learned a lot about using Labview and CAD design since I was making boards for customers/presentations

    Cons

    Small company, benefits aren't great.

    Pros

    1.You get to work in a role that you desire.i.e if the company can support you in a role they will.
    2.Work atmosphere is relaxed,colleagues are very friendly.
    3.Open door policy,anybody and everybody is available for personal face-face conversation including the company president.

    Cons

    1.Health benefit package does not stand in line with most IC design houses.
    2.Compromise on salary and pay benefits.
