I have been working at Protiviti full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

-CULTURE. Hands down best and most important part. My peers are my actual friends who I love to hang out with outside of work.
    -Competitive salary
-Work life balance. Especially compared to the Big 4, Protiviti puts a huge, noticeable emphasis work life balance and ensures you have time to do other things in life besides work all the time! For example, you start out with 21 days off a year, which is significantly more than most companies.
-Flexibility. No one is really stuck in one place, if you don't like the work you are doing, it is easy to move around and try new clients and sectors.

    Cons

Sometimes, you may get stuck with client work that is unfulfilling. But, the best part of this job is you will not be stuck there forever, and you will gain experience working with things you may not love.

    Advice to Management

Continue striving to listen to your employees and tailor the client work towards what people want to work with!

    Pros

I've been a professional for a very long time, been with many other companies and I have to say that Protiviti, by far, is the best place I've worked for hands down. The work culture is amazing, they pride themselves on their employees and their clients and that shines through the bleakness of corporate life... just look at how many awards they have earned for best company to work for not only nationally but regionally and locally.

    Cons

It can sometimes be difficult to find someone for a specific duty but the structure of the company is set in such a way that it's not really a hindrance.

    Advice to Management

Keep on the path that is currently being traveled

I have been working at Protiviti full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I love working here because I am constantly challenged and always pushed to do my best. The work is interesting, there are a lot of industries / clients to learn about, and almost everyone is nice and laid back. Salary is competitive and benefits are great. Even though it is client service, I feel like I can voice my need for work / life balance and not be judged or have it harm my career.

    Cons

You are part of a client service business and sometimes you have rough days. Some people get stuck doing the same type of work.

    Advice to Management

Be aware and actively take into consideration the interests and requests of employees when resourcing projects.

I have been working at Protiviti full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The People. Absolutely some of the nicest and most helping community of people I have ever worked for. I feel like they really care about their employees. This is evident not only in the culture but the amount spent on training and developing their employees.

    Cons

Hopefully the culture and small company within a large company vibe wont change as Protiviti continues to grow.

    Advice to Management

Keep it up! Don't ever lose focus of where the company started.
