I have been working at Protiviti full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The laid-back Culture is a huge component of the firm and it can make the job often very enjoyable, experience gained through exposure to projects and industries that help you work toward career goals, and a great office team environment where you encounter minimal minimal office politics.

    Cons

Career path investment consistency- not all practices, solutions, and talent appear to be treated the same in every office from an investment and career growth standpoint.

    Advice to Management

Build an in-depth consistent talent growth strategy so your employees have a well communicated plan to work toward.

I have been working at Protiviti full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - New York Office, managed by Carol Raimo, has an extremely fun and relaxed culture. If you want to look for a "Facebook" or "Google" of risk management consulting, then Protiviti is the place to be. Few if any professional services firm does this better than Protiviti.
    - The management team cares about the people who work at Protiviti.
    - Work/life balance is tremendous
    - There are always interesting initiatives and events going around the office every week

    Cons

    - The work isn't always interesting, too much internal audit focused.

    Advice to Management

    - No travel perks. It would be nice if everyone got a monthly Metrocard.
