    Pros

They offer good benefit package including vacation and holiday time. There is a 403b match also.

    Cons

The senior management group is completely disconnected from clinics. There is no trust and morale is low. The staffing is bare bones in the centers yet administration keeps hiring.

    Advice to Management

Need to address the core issues, there is lack of leadership, lack of employee values and stop the parties

    Pros

Holidays and overall benefits. I enjoy working with my clinical team.

    Cons

Do not feel valued, supported, or respected from organizational leadership. The lack of transparency, accountability, and shared values are destroying this non-profit culture. It's a shame.

    Advice to Management

They need to cultivate a more collaborative and transparent environment so we feel more valued. Management needs to remove the blinders, get out of their own way, and instead start fostering a work culture that values loyalty, collaboration, and team unity.

I have been working at Providence Community Health Centers part-time

    Pros

    excellent benefits
    Serves and underserved population

    Cons

Management spends excessive time meeting and minimal time in areas where patients are served. Consequently they are very uninformed about the challenges in the work environment and set unrealistic goals given the number of staff available

    Advice to Management

spend time in centers. Do others jobs for an hour. OBSERVE!!!

Excellent pay and Benefits. Nice staff, Medical Record Trainer was very nice. He had a great personality and was very encouraging!

    Cons

Different locations going in different directions. Alignment is needed to enable structure/standardization. Management gets ideas and try's to make changes but they don't know what's going on.

    Advice to Management

Don't live in the main office. Go to the sites. Get involved.

I worked at Providence Community Health Centers full-time

    Pros

Benefits, paid time off, not much else.

    Cons

Dysfunctional and toxic work environment. HR Supervisors treated staff in HR department horribly and gossip about eveyone, even senior management. Hostile work environment. Do not recommend under any circumstances.

    Advice to Management

HR is a mess. Look at amount of turnover in this department. Patriarchal reporting structure needs to go. Went to a member of senior management with my complaint of hostile work environment and was told there was nothing they could do. This needs to change.
