    Pros

    The mission is admirable and most of the staff really believes in good primary care for underserved patients.

    Cons

    Senior management does not care about lower level employees. No respecr.

    Advice to Management

    Happy employees = productive employees. Treat people with respect.

    I have been working at Providence Community Health Centers full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    No weekends most of the time.

    Cons

    Poor patient safety in pre op and recovery with non reported med and other errors. Medications and narcotics left unsecured at times. PACU supervisor worked at baskin robbins prior to this job and needs help. Stuck staying late or not having enough staff when a few do everything. No breaks. Supervisor knows how to delegate and goes home or late.

    Pros

    The doctors and nurses are dedicated to provide great care to an underserved population.

    Cons

    Only a selected group is promoted and their input is valued. Even though others get invited to committees. And it depends who your manager is.

    Advice to Management

    Create a an environnment of trust instead of fear.

    I enjoy working with patients and my coworkers.

    Cons

    Company is not same, no one trusts anyone in managment. They always talking about best place to work...but many good employees were treated badly

    Be real, main office doesn't care about employee in clinic, just keep spending money on crazy stuff

    One hour lunch, benefits, salary

    Cons

    Short staffed, coworkers gossiping about other coworkers, need new CEO and HR department.

    Advice to Management

    Senior management needs to be in each department for a day to see how the work is done. Hire more staff.
