    I worked at Providence Healthcare part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Everyone on 3S was fun to work with, there was a lot of team work and everyone pulled together when things were busy

    Cons

    There were a few employees that didn't do what they were supposed to do and made the workload even worse on busy days

    Advice to Management

    Keep an eye on employees who sit around while the rest of the staff is running around

    Fun staff. Caring community. Flexible schedules.

    Cons

    Excessive work in excel. Lack of communication with managers.

    Advice to Management

    Spend more time talking with interns. Let them know they are appreciated and a valuable asset.

    Friendly staff, welcoming, staff genuinely care about their patients

    Cons

    Building is a bit old (but not really an issue)

    Keep up the great work with staff socials

    Pros

    Great team and rehab therefore majority of the patients are independent with their activity of daily living before discharge.

    Cons

    Certain patients need more time to recover from the condition to be independent and the time frame is not adequate to reach the goal.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on the rehab goal to achieve optimal goal.

    I have been working for a bit over 2 years, I found that people are very friendly. I enjoyed coming to work everyday because of the people I work with. The team I work with is great!

    No opportunities for growth within the organization, especially with the profession I am in right now.

    The Management is great!

    Pros

    Get compensated decently, have room to move around organization and establish relationships that can facilitate career transitions.

    Cons

    More resources for employee continuing education would be an asset. Feel that organization could encourage more departmental interaction...each area feels like a silo.
