    Great benefits, good job culture, lots of room to grow, and they are very willing to work with you and support you.

    Cons

    To receive a lot of the help, great benefits, and other services they offer employees you have to be a benefited employee. This can take a while to meet the requirements if you start off as a non benefited (on-call) position.

    -Great clinical experience for social workers who are recent grads

    Cons

    Health Benefits...you can only go to providers in network (mostly providence) otherwise you will have a high deductible.

    -unprofessionalism

    Advice to Management

    give more raises to those who work hard so staff can stay longer. There also needs to be better communication between staff.
