    I have been working at Provident Financial Holdings full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Great peers and people to work with. Strong customer following. Small bank where you’ll learn a lot about the nuts and bolts of community banking.

    Cons

    Poor products coupled with an archaic system makes achieving sales numbers very cumbersome and client retention is a constant uphill struggle. Upper management is so distant and removed from the front line staff that goals are completely unattainable. For perspective, the head of retail banking has virtually no previous experience in retail banking prior to current position.
