Pros
The relaxed, casual work environment
Cons
Everything else. Poor leadership with minimal management experience on top of zero financial competence. Low pay compared to similar companies. Horrible lack of communication in all facets from procedure changes to growth opportunities. This company focuses too much on keeping everyone happy instead of making sure their employees can do the job. Rather than teach a bad employee more, they pile it on a good employee then are confused when they are burned out and leave. The turnover is horrendous and they prefer to hire from employee referrals, leading to more bad employees.
