I have been working at Provincial Health Services Authority full-time

    Pros

Great people, and nice to work on projects that have impact on the healthcare system. I have had some wonderful managers and development opportunities.

    Cons

PHSA is a large organization with a lot bureaucracy. Since it is government, things move very very slowly, and politics can be challenging.

    Advice to Management

Keep moving things forward strategically. The new mandate brings a lot of opportunities for PHSA and I would like to see what is possible.
