Provo City has become a great place to live and work. They put on great events for the community and have really become a destination. You get to be involved in the community and be part of a great city.

I wish there was more communication to the part-time staff as to large initiatives for the city and their plans.

I have been working at Provo City full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I've met some great people working for provo.

    Cons

Pay. If leadership see's an employee working hard they should be able to give them pay that they are worth.

    Advice to Management

I know that Provo is a great place/city, however, that doesn't mean I should get paid less. I cannot work for free just because Provo is in #1 rankings. Help the folks out so we can make Provo a greater place to be.

I have been working at Provo City full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Working as a part of a team has been a wonderful learning experience with Provo City. They are flexible when scheduling vacations and other events. It has been rewarding to have a tight knit group that can work well together.

    Cons

Sometimes there is not an organized team effort and little direction with projects. I have seen others as well as myself flounder from being unsure of the desired task.

    Advice to Management

I feel like they could benefit from hiring outside their regular groups of seasonal workers.
