I worked at Provost Salter Harper & Alford for less than a year

    Pros

Great company to work for that worked around my school schedule, gave me good experience seeing a well run company from the inside.

    Cons

Lots of driving in bad Baton Rouge traffic, but that would be the case with any job that requires driving in BR

    Advice to Management

Great Company! Keep hiring interns, more good paid internships around LSU are always necessary. Especially ones that will work around weird class schedules.

I worked at Provost Salter Harper & Alford

    Pros

The work is rewarding and much opportunity to increase your knowledge in tax, accounting, bookkeeping and audit work.

    Cons

Partners need to show they value the work their staff produces. Partners need to do a better job in training their staff.

    Advice to Management

There is a reason turnover is so high. Listen to your staff's concerns. If you continue to remain close minded, the business will never grow and your staff will remain unhappy.
