    lots of motivated people, lots of new young hires, a lot of expertise in the old telecom business, big market power, big budgets available

    Cons

    slow slower slowest, lots of people discussing things they don't fully understand in a whole lot of meetings, no culture of getting things done, always very risk averse

    Advice to Management

    Take away decision power at IT side and give business more empowerement, or the company will never be able to set a new digital direction
