    I worked at Proximus full-time

    Pros

Proximus is a financially stable company and provides employment to thousands. The material rewards are good. The HQ being in Belgium means there is a variety of jobs available.

    Cons

Proximus (Belgacom) is an extremely hierarchical and politically lead organisation. The huge overhead leads to lots of inefficiencies and poor job content.

    Advice to Management

Create a more dynamic company culture, e.g. by introducing some value based leadership and by investing in an employee oriented HR department.
