I have been working at Prudential plc full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The UK part of the company's got lots going on. New leadership and new levels of ambition for a business previously treated as a cash cow by it's parent.
Big opportunities for people to bring expertise to bear on some pretty interesting challenges in many areas.
Even though the pace is increasing, people are still supportive and friendly.

    Cons

With lots of change in the industry, there are lots of unknowns and big challenges, without a really clear strategy. A new CEO for the UK (just arrived) should start to provide some clarity.

    Advice to Management

Provide the employees with some clear priorities. They will get behind you, because most people who work here love the Pru and are very loyal.
