    Flexibility,
    Leaves are given
    Indian holiday
    Gifts given on diwali and chrismas
    2 big annual parties thrown.
    On every occasion sweets are distributed.
    Other small gifts given
    Ac bus for pick up

    Not seen as of.
    Management could be better. Some are good some are ok ok

    3) Young and lively co-workers

    5) Expect intermittent parties
    6) Pick up-Drop facility

    1) Very lacklustre work environment
    2) Salary structure is sub optimal
    3) Promotional aspects are extremely stunted
    4) No defined work hours
    5) Undefined salary slab (Analyst might earn more than an Assistant Manager)

    Advice to Management

    Please review your promotional policies. Allow incumbent employees to grow rather than focussing too much on external hirings.

    Good work life balance.
    Some good colleagues
    Decent renumeration package
    Ok working environment but working culture could be greatly improved.

    Cons

    No help or direction from management, no communication on direction.
    Provide more career progression opportunities to able staff.
    The company lacks coordination and commitment at all levels

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees, do not promote bullying in the workplace and take complaints at the speak out service seriously. It will be a matter of time until someone reports it to ICO or FCA.

    A very friendly and awesome place to work in. Not much to complain. A very good place to grow and nurture into a fine being

    Nothing much I can complain about except the low pay but I guess we are here to learn not to earn.

    Advice to Management

    Good job management, I like the laser tags, yogalates, piloxing events and all the marketing strategies!
