I worked at Prudential plc (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I had a great time working there and was able to get involved in other activities outside my job role.

    Cons

Some people have been there for so many years and aren't moving with the times. Some people are not open to change and too many losses of people with fresh ideas and ways of thinking, which leaves the place stuck in the dark ages.

    Advice to Management

Encourage new ideas and ways of doing things.
