    Experience with claims flow,team building every year,motivation & awesome team. Able to learn about life insurance,accidential insurance,hospitalisation & improve our knowledge

    Pros

    Great reputation, multitude of resources for personal and professional advancement. Basic benefits are good, the additional benefits are great (life coaching, financial coaching, etc)

    Cons

    Working from home is lost on this company. Very “old school” way of managing. People are so busy in meetings that there is no time to sit with your team and discuss day to day activities

    Make an effort to respond to the employee survey with tangible steps

    On every occasion sweets are distributed.

    Steady, market leading, and with a secure future. Prepared to be innovative in the use of technology but with a large legacy IT estate to contend with.

    Cons

    Strategic change management still grappling with cloud and mobile priorities (slow to secure investment from the business board).

    Invest in mobile and cloud capabilities asap!
