    Allows the consumer to choose who will take care of your loved ones. It allows the attendant to provides services while still being able to remain financially stable.

    Cons

    Payroll can be a bit discouraging at times.

    They were very thorough and timely with compensating me for my time. I was trusted to do what was right for my client.

    Finding another client through the agency has been hard.

    Make gaining other clients easier.

    Pros

    the clients was able to lay out their own contract when you first started. The company was great on fixing what ever need to be fix what ever that needed to be fix such as paychecksand time cards.

    That the clients has to fine their aid.

    Once you're in the system you're set and won't experience any hassles.

    Cons

    Takes almost 2 months to complete paperwork, they will not notify or contact you if something is wrong, takes weeks to process.

    Pay Scale low in this region, not just with Public Partnership. State needs to increase revenue devoted to this industry.
