I have been working at Publicis Groupe full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Really smart people, some very interesting accounts to work on, great team vibe, good benefits - lots of PTO and holidays. I am lucky to have a great boss who cares about the fact that I like to always be learning and wants me to keep growing and not work on the same thing for years on end. I'm sure not everyone has this experience.

    Cons

I've worked at a smaller agency within Publicis that recently got merged with another larger agency. This smaller agency was not very transparent and felt like a boy's club often. We were always lacking resources (in terms of people) we needed and rarely seemed to be hiring, yet there was plenty of work to do. The agency was very very top-heavy in terms of structure as well. No wonder it had to be merged with another one! TBD on what this new agency is like.

I worked at Publicis Groupe full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

offices around the world, although the bureaucracy involved in getting a transfer makes it not worth the effort

    Cons

Too many cons to list, but in a nutshell, the leadership is weak on design and technology, human resources is by far the worst part of this org- don't trust them!! Oh and also, they promise RSU for their top performers, then after you do your part they lie and say "organic growth" didn't meet expectations... well, that's because of weakness in just about all aspects of the leadership... just horrible... really

I worked at Publicis Groupe full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

You can gain a lot of experience quickly due to large workload. Coworkers at the lower level were great to work with.

    Cons

Not good for long term career. No growth and development in the HR/payroll/benefits dept. Employees who worked there for at least 5 years with no increase in pay or title. No year end reviews. Poor management structure. When SVP was asked if salaries can be increased due to larger work load by smaller staff, reply was that no one is being forced to stay. Very low morale.
