I have been working at Publicis full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Publicis Groupe has wonderful benefits (great healthcare, healthy salaries, a very generous vacation policy etc) and a very enjoyable work environment (at least for my part of the company -- I work for Publicis Media, formerly Vivaki). My coworkers are calm, kind, hardworking, intelligent people. This is a progressive company with a learning environment and room for employee growth. Work/life balance is excellent.

    Cons

I've heard it can be difficult to transfer abroad in certain circumstances.

    Pros

Super exciting and interesting job at a center of innovation, data, technology and content providing best in class strategy to reach your target audience at the right time, right price and right message

    Cons

Programmatic is a cahotic ecosystem with a lot of opportunist company that we have to explain to our client again and again to make the difference between adnet and adtech.

    Advice to Management
