I worked at Publicis Sapient full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

I was working with amazing end client companies.

    Cons

No real business culture. Publicis is just another consulting company among the many I used to work for. No real career opportunities and promotion. Like any other low scale consulting companies, you will work there when your time is billable. If your time is billable and client pays for it, no one cares your performance. If you are unbillable, you will be laid off soon, no one cares your performance. I mean, really no one cares your performance. 3 or 4 of my colleagues had the best performance reviews recent years, they were cheered for that, at that time I was billable with tolerable performance. After a couple of months when their end client project finished, they were laid off. I was thinking, I was replaced by one of them and I started to search new jobs, but they were fired. I worked 3 and half years. After each project I was thinking I would be fired, luckily I joined to a client project each time. I was laid off early with Covid, when my experience and performance was at their top. I found a new job in two weeks with 20% higher salary at another consulting company.
