    When applying for sales position, employee must go in thinking it's a temporary/contract position.

    Advice to Management

    No advice they do not already know.
    HR should be more compassionate to employees.

    Pros

    This company has a number of great individuals who are pleasant to work with. The company offers benefits with holidays better than any company I have experienced. For example, the Friday before Memorial day and the Friday before Labor Day are given as extra days off.

    Cons

    The biggest challenge with this company is that it is contract sales. This means you have no longevity on a contract and you don't know how much of a gap you will experience between contracts. I have experienced as much as 4 months and as little as two weeks. It all depends on the availability of contracts

    Advice to Management

    I think the best advice I could offer is just for the senior leaders of the organization to make sure they practice the management by walking around. Get to know all the employees whenever possible.

    Pros

    Good benefits. Good respect for work/ life balance with generous vacation time. Contracts often get extended. Relaxed work environment. Nice office space.

    Cons

    Contract can end before planned date, I have seen it happen more than once. Because you are contracted, changes that need to be made often take longer then with a traditional company.

    Managers I have worked with have been great.

    Ability to work flexible hours.

    Cons

    There was not a lot of morale boosting so if you need that this may not be the company for you.

    Do more than just an outside survey when employees leave to get a better understanding of why since turnover was always of a concern.

    Pros

    Great company culture and benefits. I left the training program very prepared to speak with physicians, medical assistants, office managers etc. All of my co-workers were personable, and always answered any questions I had.

    Cons

    The contract I was working on, was put on hold after a brief stint of employment so I was laid off. At times I was confused on what a completed call was and was not.

    Advice to Management

    Some form of metrics is needed to determine individual success, not just management opinion. Be consistent with employee evaluations and feedback.

    Cons

    Contract ended sooner than imagined. They didn't offer company car, it was car allowance, lots of turnover for managers. 3 managers in 6 months
