    Pros

I was on a part time contract. I loved having a professional position that didn’t require a 40 hour week. If you can get one of these jobs, take it.

Does not turn into full time. It’s a contract that can end when the contract expires.

I have been working at Publicis Touchpoint Solutions full-time

    Pros

Benefits are okay, 401K Match, easy job if that's what you are looking for.

    Cons

If you are comfortable with your life this is the position for. No room for growth even though it's promised, you do not get moved in the field like they say you will, same crap different day, gets boring, work from home is okay. Everyone is miserable and petty. Contract position can be let go at anytime.

    Advice to Management

Allow more opportunity for growth and stability.
