Good people and I feel the executives believe in diversity and inclusion

The PTO and benefits are laughable. Medical is good but you cant have more than 15 days of PTO built up. (you start with 20 that you slowly accrue over the course of a year but if you surpass 15, you have to 'use it or lose it'. No bereavement, no sick time, no family or wellness time..... so if you go on a 2 week vacation, then come back and Nanna gets sick or passes away, you are not getting paid. Other benefits are average. Pay is below average for utility and far below for cost of living in Seattle. Supervisors stay in positions far too long to be effective and there is little opportunity to move outside your group unless you go to IT.

Shady ethics, treat customers horribly, cutting corners to get next quarter's profits up. There was a mass exodus of talented engineers to other utilities (Snohomish PUD, City of Tacoma, Grays Harbor PUD, etc.)
