    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

    Small company.
    Great building, free parking
Great customer service, really care about Members

    Cons

Salaries are not transparent - restructured pay ranges with no explanation or conversation with employees.
    HR reports direct to CEO.
    No raises, small bonuses
Senior Management is running company into ground. Not a sustainable company, not diversified
Managers are not only managing, but they are performing the work (doing it all). Given little respect

    Advice to Management

Hire more people to do the work - working too "Lean" burning people out.
Check egos at the door, listen more to employees
Diversify your product line or you will be out of business in five years when MAPD Plans are history
