I have been working at Pulsar Knowledge Centre full-time

    Pros

PKC provided a multi-cultural cross-border learning experience at professional as well as personal level. The advisory engagements provide exposure to a multitude of industries, and I personally had an opportunity to work across sectors like real estate, manufacturing, food & beverage, manpower recruitment, iron & steel production, banking & financial services, amongst others. The team is well-rounded, is experienced in working with one of the biggest names in consulting and industry, and has advised clients of international repute. The overall office culture is very cohesive, friendly, and supportive of learning and reaching for new and higher avenues. All-in-all, a great place to work

    Cons

    Initial phase of organizational evolution

I have been working at Pulsar Knowledge Centre full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The Pay structure is quite competitive here. Most of the colleagues and people from senior management are quite friendly and easy going. Mixed work quality - some really challenging projects as well as some repetitive sort of. Work-life balance is good for most of the positions except for the senior management where people may require to travel on weekends. Last but not the least : Free food, snacks, beverages, cab etc

    Cons

There is a lack of formal training at the Company. Also, the client can contact you on Sunday as its not a holiday in the Middle-East. Brand recognition is not that much.

    Advice to Management

Improve the brand image of the Company somehow.
