    I worked at PulsePoint full-time

    Pros

small team, can have impact on business, great culture which is very employee friendly, good benefits, senior team cares and udnerstands that there always has to be a good work life balance, don't understand the venom of ex employees. some people don't work out and the companies gets rids of those people so maybe they are the ones who leave negative message. I loved it hear but moved to the midwest

    Cons

small fish in a big pond, but still has lots of scale within business, 401k matching vesting schedule, because it is small, the advancement ops maybe limited if you are in a small group; some people are slackers and then complain when they are pushed so for those people it maybe a con

    Advice to Management

Love the frequent communication to the team and the commitment to developing the careers of the team

    Pros

If you love ad tech and are looking for work, consider PulsePoint. I joined earlier this year on the account management side and am consistently blown away by great collaboration, our positive growth strategy, leadership that cares, is involved, and has zero ego. There is a great vibe going on PulsePoint right now, and anyone would be fortunate to work here.

    Cons

    None that come to mind.

    Pros

The best reasons to work here are the flexible hours, the amazing people, catered lunch's, and very accessible to work from home!

    Cons

Some of the challenges of working here lack of communication within teams and being so far in financial district!!

    Advice to Management

So far, working here has been an amazing experience. I have learned a huge amount about the digital industry as well as myself. I think there are some issues that need to be fixed (communication within teams) and some more perks (iced coffee daily) but overall, I am very happy and want to thank you!

    Pros

-Very good working atmosphere and flexible when balancing life and work
    -Great benefits and reasonable salary
-Company provides a certain amount of money per person a year to spend for training/conferences, which help increasing knowledge/networking etc...
-No one will babysit a newcomer - need to be confident to do your job or ask a lot of questions

    Cons

-Miscommunication between 3 offices in 3 different time zones occasionally if you are in a position where it is necessary to work closely with other employees across all offices
-Not sure if it's easy to move up in career, but definitely can learn a lot.
-Not enough development people for a technology company

    Advice to Management

Some decision making should be done based on market rather than on what is more convenient for technology.
