Work life balance is flexible, you can find smart people along with strong mentors within the organization.
Cons
Management still seems to be undergoing changes after the 2011/2012 merger and rebrand. There has been a lot of turnover in the past 2 years which makes for a difficult work environment. Management is stingy with raises/promotions - the only way to get one is to get a competitive offer elsewhere.
