Never a dull moment. You learn how to schedule and manage multiple job sites. There is a lot of interaction with people.

I worked at Pulte Homes full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They were flexible with hours and allowed me to moonlight

    Cons

Poor job hiring talent within the department.

    Advice to Management

I believe the failure of our department was becasue it did not hold employees accountable for the work that they were asked to do. If an employee was not pulling their weight the only thing that happened was less was asked of that person. Sometimes you just need to cut bait, which I suppose they did when they just dissolved the department.
