    The work life balance is really good, at least in the branch where I work. The compensation is good.

    Sometimes the pressure can be huge, specially after the new govt. Formation.

    For those who are labourers no place without God father.

    If u don't have godfather u cannot be promoted.

    At least the working and dedication be considered for promotion.God father in management should not only be criteria.

    Pros

    by and large fair Promotion Policy, and promotions are fast track for deserving as well as through seniority

    Sometimes your networking and con nection put uou ahead of others who do not have it

    lac pf sense of belongingness, that is why business as well as profitability going down day by day.This Bank use to be number one for decades togather.
    NPAs are alarming and if timely remedial measures are not take, situation may go beyond control.
