    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Punjab State Power Corporation full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Chance to reach people to serve them and make their home lit with electricity. Feeling proud to be part of one of the best utilities in India

    Cons

I think we lack latest infrastructure. The system needs revamping, for that to happen, proper planning is required also skilled workforce and material in sufficient quantity is required.

    Advice to Management

Employees lack motivation. Latest motivational techniques are required. Creating terror among employees should be avoided instead they should be given incentives for their achievements so that others can follow them.
