    Pros

People at work are nice. The management team that consisted with students are running very efficiently.

I have been working at Purdue University full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Excellent core instrumentation and friendly and collaborative researchers helped me get a significant amount of research done at Purdue during my graduate studies.

    Cons

Staff can be less than friendly and at times are unwilling to help facilitate research or employment issues which can be very frustrating at times.

    Advice to Management

Train staff on being more approachable and friendly and to formalize rules in each department. Each department has its own rules at Purdue and that can be very very confusing.
